IDCO philosophy is adopting five developmental programs aiming to contribute in solving the community's challenges, especially, the challenges related to community development, sustainability, food security, health, advocacy and environment conservation, the IDCO will seek to achieve these programs through the implementation of consultancies , researches, activities and projects as well as  to stimulating positive community's initiatives from around the world in the areas of community development  , welfare, environment, health and food .
